CBS China Bank Savings is seeking an APD Service Head to oversee the regional service operations for Siargao and Dinagat. The role focuses on achieving service and operational objectives while coordinating with Service Personnel to drive efficiency.

You will ensure customer service excellence, supervise loan document accuracy, and enforce company policies within the assigned territory. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to approve loans within your credit authority.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course.
• Experience in DepEd Lending industry handling Loans Operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

We are in need of APD SERVICE HEAD for:

1. Siargao
2. Dinagat

Responsible for the overall conduct of business and operational effectiveness and efficiency of

his assigned Regional Business Center as well as Service Personnel to meet established objectives.

As a Branch Service Head, she will be responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible in ensuring that the business service and operational objectives of his assigned Regional Business Center are met or exceeded by effectively implementing approved service and operational strategies.
2. Responsible in ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of assigned Regional Business Center Service Personnel.
3. Ensure excellent customer service according to the established corporate standards.
4. Ensures daily that loan documents of newly booked, renewed and/or extended loans such as Promissory Notes, Disclosure Statements, Amortization schedules are complete and accurately filled.
5. Implements company policies and procedures within the assigned territory and sees to it that they are properly complied with. 6. Acts as Approver of loan within his/her credit authority limit.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business course
• With experience in DepEd Lending industry handling Loans Operations.
• With Good Communication Skills, Presentation and facilitation.
