Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings in the Philippines seeks a Loan Center Operations Officer responsible for overall service, operational efficiency, and quality assurance of the lending unit. Ensures turnaround times, policy adherence, controls and regulatory compliance.

Key duties include processing loan applications, releasing loan proceeds, updating CIFs, responding to inquiries, producing daily/month-end reports, and handling related accounting tickets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Business or related course.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing and ensuring accuracy and completeness of loan applications and balancing end-of-day branch transactions.
• Receives and processes loan applications for approval by the Junior Loan Committee.
• In-charge of releasing loan proceeds to borrowers.
• Create and update Customer Information File (CIF) for all borrowers.
• Respond to inquiries regarding loan application status and requirements.
• Generate reports and balance daily and month-end transactions.

Responsible for the overall service and operational efficiency and quality assurance of assigned lending center / business lending unit. He/she shall see to it that the required turn-around-time, company policy, operational controls and regulatory compliance are met at the highest level.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for processing and ensuring accuracy, completeness of loan application requirements, balancing end of day transactions of the branch and safekeeping of all loan documents.
• Receives and process all loan application submits loan applications for approval to Junior Loan Committee
• In-charge of releasing loan proceeds of borrowers
• Create and update Customer Information File (CIF) of all borrowers
• Receives and answers inquiries pertaining to loan application status and requirements
• Generate reports & balances all transactions for the day and during month-ends
• Prepare related accounting tickets for the day’s transaction
• Handles record keeping, filing and safekeeping of all loan reports & accounting tickets
• Generate reports & balances all transactions for the day and during month-ends
• Performs all other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Team Leaders
