Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a Head of Trading Venue Operations to lead the day-to-day management of asset class-aligned support across APAC, coordinating brokers, traders and clients on real-time platforms.

You will champion operational excellence, scale a multi-asset support model, and drive adoption of AI, automation and data-driven practices to improve incident outcomes and training for new team members. Based in Singapore, you will influence stakeholders and ensure reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading a comparable technical support function within a Financial Services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience driving service improvements, process optimisation and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 1 support across multiple asset classes, ensuring incidents and service requests meet SLAs.
• Build relationships with brokers, desk heads, product owners and senior stakeholders; communicate clearly.
• Act as primary escalation point for critical issues; drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Ensure end-to-end resolution with clear ownership and proactive communication.
