Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking an equity Trade Services professional to service primarily APAC clients and back up Australian domestic clients. You will liaise with APAC institutional clients in post-execution operations and with the Front Office to ensure high-quality client delivery.

Responsibilities include onboarding, trade processing, pre-matching, commission reconciliation, trade allocations, issue resolution, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-trade and settlement operations.
• Familiarity with sell-side and/or buy-side trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform client onboarding and static data maintenance.
• Ensure timely processing of client trades and submission to the custodian.
• Perform pre-matching with market and client counterparties.
• Manage monthly commission claim and reconciliation across markets.
• Process and allocate trades, issue confirmations and upload to clearing bank.
• Identify and resolve workflow issues and escalate to management.
• Produce daily/monthly trade, tax and regulatory reporting.
• Support system enhancements and department projects.
