Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager for Netflix Technology Experience (APAC) based in Manila. You will lead Remote Enterprise, Remote Studio, and IAM teams, partnering with global peers to define service-excellence strategy and drive outcomes using data insights.

You will champion AI and automation, ensure operational excellence, and mentor a leadership bench while navigating a hybrid work model with regional travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Operations or Technology Management.
• 8+ years in a leadership role managing other managers.
• Experience in a large-scale global environment.
• Strong IT infrastructure, networking, cloud and IAM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary IT team across Remote Enterprise, Remote Studio and IAM domains with focus on Service Excellence.
• Build and coach managers to lead high-skill, high-autonomy teams.
• Ensure operational excellence and use data to guide decisions.
• Provide inclusive leadership and psychological safety within the org.
• Partner with cross-region peers to drive a global strategy.
• Forecast budget, workforce, and portfolio needs for growth.
• Develop cross-functional partnerships and align on projects.
• Set team goals aligned with Netflix NTE objectives.
• Advocate for customer needs in global priorities and investments.
• Champion AI, automation, and observability to boost performance.
• Support hybrid work with occasional regional travel.
