You will shape service lines, win accounts, and ensure high-quality AI transformation outcomes across global programs from the Philippines hub.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years in a consulting leadership role with accountability for practice growth, client outcomes and delivery performance.
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled transformation engagements for large global enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the practice growth agenda for the Philippines.
• Lead AI-led consulting engagements and client delivery.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing local team.
• Win and grow global client accounts and establish referenceable outcomes.
• Collaborate with global delivery leadership to align offerings.
• Build brand equity and contribute to market visibility and pipeline.
