Mace Group in Manila is seeking an ambitious senior talent acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment across APAC, aligning sourcing with business growth.

You will lead proactive sourcing, partner with stakeholders, and manage ATS governance while reporting progress to program leaders. Hybrid work options available in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of recruitment experience with local and global markets.
• Minimum 3 years in construction and project management consulting recruitment.
• Minimum 2 years in an in-house/client-side recruitment setup.
• Experience recruiting across APAC countries (PH, HK, MY, VN, SG, AU).
• Senior-level recruitment, assessment and offer management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end hiring for complex roles.

We are seeking an ambitious, self-starter to join our talent acquisition team in Manila. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in attracting and engaging top talent, supporting our continued growth across the region. You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading proactive talent sourcing across different sectors, aligning recruitment strategies with business needs and growth objectives.
• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment, ensuring capability, behavioral and cultural alignment.
• Driving diverse sourcing strategies, leveraging digital platforms, networks and internal talent pipelines.
• Facilitating internal mobility and referral programmes to strengthen workforce capability and engagement.
• Overseeing ATS management, compliance and recruitment governance in line with legislative requirements.
• Partnering with our TA Leader for APAC to build high-performing teams, building external partnerships and contributing to performance insights and reporting.
• Meeting all the target numbers of endorsement and placements for the year.
• Presenting regular recruitment progress reports to BUD’s and Programme Leaders.
• Maintaining strong talent pooling for multiple countries in APAC.

You’ll need to have:

• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience working in recruitment, with a solid understanding of both local and global market.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and project management consulting industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an in-house/client-side recruitment set up.
• Experience in recruiting across different countries in APAC (Philippines, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Vietnam Singapore and Australia).
• Extensive senior-level recruitment, assessment and offer management experience.
• Proven capability delivering end-to-end hiring for complex roles.
• Proficient in ATS platforms like Taleo and Phenom and data-driven recruitment practices.
• Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-phasing environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership capability.
• Strong English communication skills is a must.
• Knowledge in using Phenom Pro and Power BI is a plus.
