Job summary

Worldly is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support the APAC Customer Success team in data operations, program delivery, training, and platform support. You will manage customers' supplier lists, verify data accuracy, support cadence for various subscriptions, and handle platform/brand inquiries.

The role reports to the Regional Lead and requires a detail-oriented communicator comfortable with large data sets and retail supply chains. Experience with ESG reporting and HubSpot is a plus.

Qualifications

• Large data handling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data management.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
• Capable presenter and communicator for customer-facing setup.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer data operations and manage supplier lists.
• Verify data accuracy and prepare source data for platform import.
• Support APAC customers with training, cadence setup, and reporting.
• Respond to inquiries and manage emails on behalf of customers.
• Create and share data decks and visuals for End-of-Cadence meetings.
• Deliver training sessions and host office hours for APAC customers.
