• Oversee risk overlay processes, identify gaps, and mitigate risks.
• Maintain a robust control environment and monitor emerging issues.
• Build relationships with business clients, LCs, and cross-functional partners.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions for SDMs and key stakeholders.
• Lead special projects and participate in global forums.
• Collaborate with RO team members and CTPO/GSS teams for smooth hand-offs.
• Lead by example, inspiring peers through commitment to excellence.
