The role involves leading IA project lifecycles, deploying RPA with UiPath/Pega, applying AI/ML, and mentoring teams to build internal capabilities. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automation, data analysis and AI experience.
• Proficiency with UiPath, Pega and Python for automating processes.
• Strong data transformation with Alteryx and BI with Tableau.
• Knowledge of AI, ML and APIs for advanced automation.
• Excellent business analysis, problem solving, and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze data and business processes to optimize securities operations.
• Design and deploy IA tools across workflows with end-to-end deployment.
• Develop and implement RPA solutions to improve efficiency.
• Apply AI technologies to enhance automation and analytics.
