Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Procurement Coordinator to support APAC procurement transformation across country teams, ensuring alignment with global objectives. This on-site role is based in Makati, Philippines and involves coordinating engagement with alliance vendors and stakeholders to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

• Coordinate Preferred Vendors' engagement activities across APAC countries.
• Collaborate with country leads to collect sourcing plans and consolidate submissions.
• Collect, consolidate, and track innovation ideas submitted by Preferred Vendors and coordinate the review and progression of supplier innovation opportunities with relevant procurement stakeholders.t
• Manage and organize APAC Sourcing & Procurement Sharepoints to ensure easy access to program materials and documentation.
• Manage spend data analysis to support on Regional S&P account requirements.
• Support on managing Power BI dashboards to visualize spend data, compliance, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs for stakeholder reporting.

• Maintain program documentation, calendar of activities, meeting schedules, newsletters and communication materials needed for Procurement Transformation activities.
• Prepare regular data reports to support different interactive dashboards that support for regional S&P reports and initiatives.
• Support ad hoc coordination tasks and special projects as assigned by the leadership team.
