Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Specialist to provide end-to-end sourcing and procurement support within its APAC Sourcing & Procurement function. You will lead tender/RFx processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance across multiple markets and time zones.

Responsibilities include developing tender documentation, vendor onboarding, data management, and performance reporting. Strong analytical skills and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, RFx management or vendor management.
• Experience with tender/RFx processes including vendor engagement and response management.
• Offshore/BPO experience with understanding of SLA-driven remote work environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end tender/RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) through Jaggaer for FM service categories (cleaning, security, maintenance, trades).
• Develop tender documentation including scope of works, specifications, evaluation criteria, and commercial terms.
• Create and maintain vendor scorecards, dashboards, and supplier performance analyses.
• Manage vendor onboarding, master data accuracy, and compliance documentation across platforms.
• Coordinate contract administration tasks including amendments, renewals, and SLAs.
• Prepare RFx documentation packages and regular procurement reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure vendor compliance programs and risk management across APAC markets.
• Support continuous process improvement and knowledge management in procurement.
