Job summary

JLL in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Specialist to provide end-to-end sourcing and procurement support across APAC's Sourcing & Procurement function for facilities management services. You will lead tender processes and vendor communications, ensuring compliance and timely delivery across markets.

The role combines hands-on leadership with analytical documentation, coordinating with onshore teams across time zones to optimize supplier performance and risk management.

Qualifications

• End-to-end sourcing and procurement experience.
• Strong RFx governance, tendering and supplier evaluation.
• Knowledge of vendor compliance, HSSE, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Jaggaer and Aravo systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender/RFx processes for FM services.
• Develop tender docs, scope of works, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate tender briefings, site visits, and supplier Q&A.
• Manage vendor onboarding, data accuracy, and master records.
• Produce vendor scorecards and performance analyses.
• Monitor contract performance and renewal calendars.
• Maintain vendor risk scoring models and issue escalation.
