Responsibilities

• Facilitate contract requests via a centralized system and prioritize to meet client timeframes.
• Provide guidance on contractual considerations in collaboration with legal and support teams.
• Monitor contract expirations, drafts renewals, and notify stakeholders for execution.
• Communicate with suppliers to facilitate timely process completion and provide regular progress updates.
• Develop an understanding of the business environment in which JLL operates.
