Job summary

JLL is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for the JLL Business Services (JBS) APAC team in Taguig, Philippines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to influence decisions.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions in APAC, preferably in shared services or multinational corporate environments.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, Engineering, Facilities Management, and Corporate Services.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines for current and future APAC hiring needs.
• Drive a best-in-class candidate experience through a consultative recruitment process.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations to support business decisions.
• Leverage sourcing tools, recruitment technologies, and employer branding to attract top talent.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, HR partners and external talent communities.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support recruitment projects and process improvements to boost team performance.
