Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Preferred Vendors' engagement activities across APAC countries, including webinars and programs.
• Collaborate with country leads and procurement teams to collect sourcing plans and submissions.
• Collect, consolidate, and track innovation ideas from Preferred Vendors and coordinate review with stakeholders.
• Manage and organize APAC Sourcing & Procurement Sharepoints for materials and documentation.
• Manage spend data analysis to support Regional S&P account requirements.
• Support Power BI dashboards to visualize spend data, compliance, supplier performance, and KPIs.
• Maintain program documentation, calendar of activities, meeting schedules, and communication materials.
• Prepare regular data reports for interactive dashboards supporting regional S&P reports.
• Support ad hoc coordination tasks and special projects as assigned.

REQ534050 Regional Procurement Coordinator

The Regional Procurement Coordinator will support the execution of APAC Procurement Transformation and Preferred Vendors initiatives across country procurement teams. This role coordinates regional programs, monitors country and supplier participation, manages communication and documentation, and ensures key procurement activities are completed in line with regional and global objectives and timelines. The coordinator serves as a central point of contact for alliance vendors and country teams in facilitating engagement and tracking progress under the guidance of the Regional Procurement Lead.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate Preferred Vendors' engagement activities across APAC countries, including procurement-related webinars, innovation initiatives, working with JLL Sessions, and other preferred-vendor-driven programs

Collaborate with country leads and procurement teams to collect sourcing plans and consolidate submissions for each country

Collect, consolidate, and track innovation ideas submitted by Preferred Vendors and coordinate the review and progression of supplier innovation opportunities with relevant procurement stakeholders

Manage and organize APAC Sourcing & Procurement Sharepoints to ensure easy access to program materials and documentation

Manage spend data analysis to support Regional S&P account requirements

Support on managing Power BI dashboards to visualize spend data, compliance, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs for stakeholder reporting

Maintain program documentation, calendar of activities, meeting schedules, newsletters and communication materials needed for Procurement Transformation activities

Prepare regular data reports to support different interactive dashboards that support regional S&P reports and initiatives

Support ad hoc coordination tasks and special projects as assigned by the leadership team

About you

Proficient in PowerBI, Excel and Powerpoint

2-3 years experience in Procurement - Sourcing & Contract Management

Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
