Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Source-to-Contract in the Philippines to lead the regional S2C function with a focus on the Marketing category. You will guide a team, align sourcing strategies with business goals, and drive contracting efficiency across stakeholders.

Requires a decade in procurement/finance, strong leadership, and collaboration across Legal, Compliance, and Marketing. You will develop category strategies and deliver measurable value through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

10 years of Procurement, Finance, or related experience.
Strategic mindset with long-term planning ability.
Experience leading large teams in a complex matrix/ service delivery.
Strong collaboration, communication & influence across functions.
Learning agility and openness to change in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

Manages a team of individual contributors and supervisors; accountable for performance.
Oversees day-to-day operations, workflow, and service levels for the team.
Align sourcing and contracts with category strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory needs.
Lead sourcing events, contract drafting/execution, and stakeholder management.
