Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a Specialist, Source-to-Contract for the APAC region to lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier engagement supporting global strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of Procurement, sourcing contracting or other relevant business experience
• Fluency in Japanese and English required to support communicating with stakeholders and contracting reviews

Responsibilities

• Operates day-to-day Source-to-Contract activities, including sourcing event management, price and contract terms negotiation, drafting and execution, stakeholder management and SLAs.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, legal and company policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to implement strategies and plans that improve profitability and competitive position.
