Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Source-to-Contract in Taguig to lead a regional team focused on Marketing category sourcing and contracting. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, effective sourcing strategies while driving process improvements and digitization.

The role requires a proven track record in procurement leadership within a complex matrix and a strong ability to influence stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of procurement, finance, or related business experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience leading large teams in matrixed/service delivery environments.
• Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors; focus on Marketing category.
• Oversee day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations: sourcing events, price terms, contracts drafting and execution.
• Align sourcing and contracts with category strategy; partner with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and others.
• Drive stakeholder management and coordinate with multiple departments regionally.
• Improve user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness in assigned areas.
