Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Philippines seeks an Associate, Source-to-Contract, APAC to ensure delivery of procurement strategies within Global Services and One Procurement. You will work with business users and category teams to implement sourcing and contracting activities with strong spend management and compliance controls.

You will drive improvements, support automation and AI initiatives, and act as product owner for S2C tools, gathering requirements, prioritizing, testing, and rolling out

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2-4 years in procurement, finance, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Japanese required.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.
• Experience with Source-to-Contract processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations, including sourcing events and contract drafting.
• Ensure regulatory, legal, and policy compliance.
• Drive process improvements and optimize user experience.
• Support automation and AI initiatives; act as product owner for S2C tools.
