Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate, Source-to-Contract, APAC, based in Taguig. You will ensure the regional S2C delivery supports Global Services and One Procurement objectives, partnering with business users and category teams.

You will handle sourcing events, contract terms, drafting and execution, and drive process improvements, compliance, and automation initiatives, including potential AI features, as product owner for S2C tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of Procurement, Finance, or related experience.
• Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations including sourcing events and contract drafting/execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvements and support automation/AI initiatives within S2C.
