Qualifications

• Proven service partner management experience, including handling negotiations and escalations professionally.
• Strong communication skills in a business context.
• Track record of driving measurable operational improvements across processes or partner networks.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business impact.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the global Service Partner strategy across the assigned region.
• Nurture and expand relationships with in-country Service Partners.
• Oversee day-to-day payroll service delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with regional payroll teams to manage escalations and resolve issues swiftly.
• Champion payroll best practices and drive consistency in service standards with partners.
• Lead or support regular service reviews and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
