Responsibilities

• Contribute to the successful execution of the global Service Partner strategy.
• Nurture and expand in-country Service Partner relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day payroll service delivery for quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with regional payroll teams to manage escalations and issues.
• Champion payroll best practices and drive consistency in service standards.
• Lead or support regular service reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
