Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outbound/SDR experience, ideally within a marketing agency, technology, or SaaS environment, with a proven track record in the ANZ/SEA markets.
• Working knowledge of the BANT qualification framework and basic familiarity with IT/cloud infrastructure.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.
• Ability to understand customer needs, ask relevant questions, identify pain points, and position appropriate solutions.
• Interpersonal skills: strong active listening, rapport-building, empathy, confidence, and relationship-building.
• Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and objections in a high-volume sales environment.
• Results-oriented: sales-driven, target-focused, and motivated to exceed goals.
• Customer-centric mindset with a service orientation.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently yet collaborate effectively.
• Adaptable with learning agility to grasp new products and processes.
• Team collaboration with Account Executives, Sales Managers, Marketing, and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a sales-driven, team-oriented campaign to meet client objectives.
• Make outbound business calls representing some of the world's largest tech brands.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up activities to support the sales cycle.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals.
