Job summary

Gymdesk is hiring a Sales Development Representative focused on the Australia and New Zealand markets. This is a 100% remote, full-time contractor role aimed at building inbound interest into gyms, running outbound sequences, and booking qualified meetings for the AE team.

You will prospect gym owners, navigate front-desk conversations, and maintain HubSpot records while hitting monthly lead targets. Strong English, 2+ years in outbound sales, and CRM discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound sales development or similar role.
• Experience selling B2B software or services into APAC markets a plus.
• Excellent English and phone-first communication, with strong qualification skills.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound sequences into Australia and New Zealand gyms via calls, email, and SMS.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Log all interactions and maintain clean data in HubSpot.
• Aim to meet monthly qualified-lead targets and support pipeline growth.
