iSupport Worldwide in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Support Associate I to provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers and sales managers for APAC. You will manage customer accounts, process orders, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

This role bridges sales, supply chain, and operations, handling data in CRM/ERP (Oracle EBS, Salesforce) and delivering basic reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in sales support, account/order management, or supply chain.
• Experience with international clients and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts in CRM/ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Salesforce).
• Manage order processing workflow from PO receipt to shipment and invoicing.
• Prepare basic business reports and track sales metrics.
• Support ad hoc tasks and drive process improvements.
