Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a highly organized Sales Support Associate I to provide pre-sales and after-sales support for APAC. You will manage customer accounts, process orders, and coordinate with sales, supply chain, and IT to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in order management, account setup, and reporting across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, account/order management, or supply chain
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Account management: Set up and maintain customer accounts and details in CRM/ERP systems and ensure accurate information
• Order management: Manage the order processing workflow from PO receipt through fulfillment and delivery
• Data & reporting: Maintain item setup, pricing, and product specs; prepare basic business reports and track metrics
• Performance & improvement: Meet team goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives
