Job summary

Indie Campers Philippines Inc is seeking a Revenue Lead for APAC to own pricing, revenue management, and trading decisions across rentals and possibly subscriptions. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on pricing optimization to maximize margins and demand across markets.

You will lead a cross-functional team, monitor market dynamics, and build forecasts and data-driven plans. English fluency required, and experience in travel/automotive rental is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in Revenue Management, Pricing, Trading, FP&A with a commercial focus.
• Proven experience pricing or influencing revenue in multi-market or multi-product settings.
• Strong analytical ability with BI tools and forecasting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional pricing strategy for rentals by market, season, fleet category and channel.
• Make daily/weekly trading decisions on price changes, promotions, and rules.
• Define rate fences and discounting to protect margin while remaining competitive.
• Monitor demand, competitor pricing, and elasticity to adjust prices in real time.
• Own fleet distribution strategy and depot allocations by region.
• Balance commercial opportunities with operational constraints across functions.
• Build demand forecasts and revenue plans at city and fleet levels.
• Run scenario analyses to support leadership decisions.
• Track variances versus budget and forecast for revenue, ADR, utilization, and margins.
• Establish revenue governance rituals: weekly trading meetings and monthly reviews.
