Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking a Managing Director to lead multi-country operations with full P&L ownership across Rental, RV Sales and Servicing. You will drive profitability, growth, and customer experience while building regional leadership teams and implementing global standards.

Reporting to the COO, you will shape expansion strategies, oversee fleet readiness, and ensure cost efficiency across markets, with extensive travel across continents and fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 12–15+ years of multi-country management experience in mobility, fleet, logistics, hospitality, or retail environments.
• Demonstrated success owning large P&Ls in multi-site operations.
• Fluency in English and ideally another major language on the continent.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the continent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-country business unit with full autonomy and accountability.
• Own revenue, gross margin, COS, EBIT and cash performance across the continent.
• Drive cost efficiency, productivity, and margin expansion across all business lines.
• Define and enforce operational standards consistent with global excellence frameworks.
• Oversee expansion plans, including new depot launches and restructures.
