Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking a Revenue Lead - APAC to own the commercial performance of rental products across the APAC scope. You will shape pricing, lead a small revenue team of analysts, and drive governance, processes, and tools to maximise revenue and fleet utilisation.

The role combines strategic direction with hands‑on execution, including defining price points, monitoring market demand, and coordinating with Operations and Finance to balance growth with profitability.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Trading, FP&A with a commercial focus, or similar roles in travel, mobility, automotive rental, hospitality, or e‑commerce.
• Proven experience managing or heavily influencing pricing and revenue performance in a multi‑market or multi‑product environment.
• Strong analytical ability with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, and demand/revenue forecasting.
• Comfortable working with large datasets, building models, and explaining complex analysis clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional pricing strategy for rentals, defining price points and rules by market, season, fleet category and channel.
• Make daily/weekly trading decisions (open/close, price up/down, promo vs. no promo, etc.).
• Define rate fences and discounting rules to protect margin while staying competitive.
• Monitor pace, pick‑up curves, competitor pricing, and demand elasticity to adjust prices in real time.
• Own fleet distribution strategy for the region and balance commercial opportunity with operational constraints.
• Build demand forecasts and revenue plans at city and fleet level and run scenario analyses for leadership.
