SmartRecruiters, Inc. in Manila is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to maintain key accounts and drive growth in SE Asia. You will forecast sales, present products, and manage customer relationships to meet budgets.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction or distribution, experience with multinational firms is a plus, and provincial travel to Laguna and Quezon may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture or related four-year course.
• 3–5 years of working experience in construction or distribution industries.
• Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
• Willing to do provincial assignments (Laguna, Quezon).

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing sales accounts and assist in forecasting and achieving sales budget.
• Open and develop new accounts and target markets via product presentations, seminars and trials.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with regular visits and timely product delivery; handle inquiries and issues.
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with distributors and Weekly Check Point Meetings with Promo Reps.
• Provide retail coverage to gather market and competitive info; ensure product availability.
• Analyze market data and prepare strategies, plans, and sales forecasts.
• Offer quotes with credit considerations and adhere to pricing ranges.
• Monitor sales flow from order to delivery and collect receivables.
• Monitor distributor/retailer inventory and storage of products.
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and company policies.
