Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corp. (Manila) is seeking a Regional Key Account Sales Specialist – Retail to drive sales growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and forging long-term strategic partnerships.

The role emphasizes achieving sales and collection targets, strengthening customer relationships, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or key account management.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, retail, or related industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
• Identify sales opportunities, forecasts, and potential accounts with the Head of Regional Key Account Department.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through sales calls, client visits, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Present PSACC's services, rates, and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert qualified prospects into active clients.
• Generate referrals from existing customers to expand the client portfolio.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts.
• Conduct regular client visits and business reviews to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop account strategies and relationship-building plans to strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate and renew customer agreements and contracts, ensuring terms remain aligned with business requirements.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales Support, Shore Operations, and other departments to address customer requirements and enhance service delivery.
