Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield, Manila-based Portfolio Services Centre, seeks a Remote Site Coordinator to deliver client-facing services and provide virtual and remote operational support for sites across the APAC region.

The role requires coordinating remote site management activities, supporting processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent service standards and enhanced workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years facility management and remote site operational exposure.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Operations Support - Supports planning and delivery of remote site services across APAC while improving processes and management systems.
• Administrative & Process Support - Maintains documents, ensures compliance, manages reporting cycles, and delivers training.
• Financial & Invoice Support - Manages purchase orders, assists with invoice processing and payment tracking, supports finance.
• Operational Excellence - Identifies risks, collaborates with teams to resolve issues, and drives improvements for workplace experience.
• Collaboration & Cross-Support - Works with teams to ensure seamless service and daily operations.
