Job summary

Indie Campers in the APAC region is seeking a Regional Operations Analyst based in the Manila area. You will drive daily operations to improve fleet availability, customer satisfaction and efficiency across local depots, coordinating with cross-functional teams and partners.

Reporting to the APAC Regional Operations Director, you will own end-to-end processes from real estate ventures to site management, ensuring health and safety standards while expanding the supplier network.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Business or similar education.
• Action-oriented with proactive problem solving.
• Organised and analytical with data-driven approach.
• Attention to detail and precise execution of procedures.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in local operational procedures and adapt them to your region.
• Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
• Serve as regional point of contact with local partners and suppliers for daily operations.
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures for smooth operations.
• Contribute to the evolution of real-estate standards and health & safety compliance.
• Lead procurement and negotiate with suppliers to expand networks.
• Aim to improve efficiency targets across the region.
