Job summary

The International Committee of the Red Cross in Makati, Philippines seeks a Regional Payroll Hub Manager to lead payroll for resident staff across Asia-Pacific, ensure compliance with local laws, and drive internal controls.

You will manage the payroll team, coordinate with HRIS, compensation, benefits, and finance, and oversee reporting, data analytics, and salary forecasting across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• At least 10 years of payroll administration experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in humanitarian or non-profit sector is a plus.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Payroll Hub for multiple countries in Asia-Pacific.
• Develop payroll calendars and ensure timely service delivery.
• Oversee payroll validation, internal controls, and tax compliance.
• Coordinate with HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, HR and Finance teams.
• Provide HR data, reporting and analytics for management.
