Job summary

TP ICAP Philippines seeks a Payroll Operations Delivery Lead to head regional payroll, ensuring accurate, compliant processing across APAC. You will partner with HR, Finance and external providers, oversee governance, risk reporting and end-to-end payroll delivery, and drive process improvements.

You will lead a team, manage audits, support relocations and integrations, and work with senior stakeholders to mitigate risk while maintaining payroll timeliness and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a payroll function with governance and controls.
• Collaborative working style across HR, Reward, Global Mobility and Finance.
• Continuous improvement mindset for automation and process simplification.
• Experience in end‑to‑end payroll across APAC jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance and controls.
• Experience with external payroll providers and timely payroll outcomes.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational payroll function within the Global Payroll Organisation model.
• Collaborate with regional GPO Lead and key stakeholders; oversee monthly governance reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll across jurisdictions; support audits.
• Drive payroll integrations, new acquisitions, and process improvements.
• Provide guidance to staff and HR; manage relocations and cross‑border payroll matters.
