Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Taguig, Philippines, seeks an experienced Payroll & HR Operations Manager (APAC) to oversee payroll and HR services across the APAC region. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure compliant, efficient delivery while driving continuous improvement and a positive employee experience.

You will manage onboarding to offboarding, maintain HR data integrity, and coordinate benefits; lead process improvements and support HR system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in Payroll, HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Administration.
• 3+ years of people management, preferably across several countries.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Workday preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of Payroll and HR Operations for APAC across multiple countries.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with local laws and policies.
• Oversee employee lifecycle transactions: onboarding, transfers, promotions, data changes, offboarding.
• Maintain HR data integrity and confidentiality; support benefits administration.
• Lead process improvements and update SOPs; support HR system enhancements.
• Identify and resolve complex payroll and HR ops issues escalated by stakeholders.
