Job summary

TP ICAP Group in the Philippines (Taguig) is hiring a Payroll Associate to oversee end-to-end payroll across APAC, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will partner with HR, Reward, Global Mobility and external providers to deliver timely payroll outcomes.

The role requires strong payroll controls, attention to detail, and experience with multi-jurisdictional payroll processing in a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing across APAC jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance requirements and payroll controls.
• Experience working with external payroll providers to deliver accurate and timely payroll outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex payroll activities, including international assignments and relocations.
• Strong HR/payroll systems capability, with data accuracy and payroll input validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide local experience and expertise, while supporting the Global Payroll Organisation model.
• Manage a local Payroll team, ensuring needed support and cross training.
• Accurate and timely processing of all payrolls.
• Provide advice and guidance to staff, management and HR.
• Ensure international relocations are processed accurately through payroll.
• Collaborate with HR, Reward, Global Mobility and Finance teams.
