Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll administration at national/international levels.
• Amenability to work onsite in Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional payroll hub for multiple countries and ensure timely payroll delivery.
• Coordinate with HRIS, Benefits, Finance, and Shared Services for improvements.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with laws and tax obligations.
• Develop salary forecasting and monthly/annual payroll calendars.
