Job summary

TP ICAP Group is hiring a Payroll Operations Delivery Lead to manage regional payroll, ensuring accurate and compliant processing. You will partner with HR, Reward, Global Mobility, and Finance, supporting external payroll providers and payroll projects across APAC.

This role is based in the Philippines and requires strong governance, risk reporting, and staff development. The ideal candidate has in-depth payroll leadership experience, a collaborative mindset, and a track record of improving

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a payroll function with governance and controls.
• Collaborative work with HR, Reward, Global Mobility and Finance.
• Strong automation, simplification and process-improvement mindset.
• End-to-end payroll processing across APAC jurisdictions preferred.
• Solid knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience with external payroll providers and payroll audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational payroll function supporting GPO model.
• Collaborate with regional GPO Lead and HR stakeholders.
• Manage payroll controls and monthly governance/risk reporting.
• Provide timely, accurate payroll processing across jurisdictions.
• Support audits, integrations, acquisitions and risk mitigation.
• Coach staff and coordinate cross-training within the team.
• Maintain relationships with external payroll providers and SLA adherence.
• Advise staff and management on payroll-related queries.
