Job summary

TP ICAP Group in the Philippines (Taguig) is seeking a Payroll Associate to support end-to-end payroll operations across APAC jurisdictions. You will collaborate with HR, Reward and Finance to ensure accurate, on-time payroll delivery while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

The role requires strong payroll systems experience, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to automation and process improvements in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing across APAC jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance and controls.
• Experience with external payroll providers and payroll audits.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Overseer of local payroll processing and cross-training within the team.
• Collaborate with HR, Reward, Global Mobility and Finance to payroll accuracy.
• Interact with external payroll providers to ensure timely payroll outcomes.
• Support internal audits, reporting, and process improvements.
