Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an HR Professional - Payroll Specialist (APAC) to manage payroll-related tickets and support APAC payroll operations across multiple countries. The role acts as a primary contact for employee payroll inquiries via a centralized ticketing system, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in payroll operations or HR shared services, with APAC exposure, and strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in payroll operations or HR shared services (APAC exposure preferred).
• Experience with payroll ticketing systems or HR service desks.
• Knowledge of multi-country payroll processes and timekeeping systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage APAC payroll-related tickets and ensure SLAs.
• Serve as first point of contact for payroll inquiries in supported APAC countries.
• Analyze ticket trends and perform root-cause analysis; suggest improvements.
• Support end-to-end payroll processing for assigned APAC countries (monthly, bi-weekly, off-cycle).
• Validate inputs: timekeeping, overtime, leave, payroll adjustments.
• Coordinate payroll activities with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
• Assist in payroll review, finalization, and lifecycle transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and privacy standards.
• Support audits and documentation; contribute to process improvements.
