Job summary

We seek candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of APAC payroll regulations, along with proficiency in English and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree.
• 3+ years with Bachelor's or 2+ years with Advanced Degree preferred.
• Degree in accounting, Human Resources or related field, or 5+ years APAC payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of APAC payroll regulations.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and knowledge transfer activities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient official English communication; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate payroll reports.
• Perform post-payroll audits and reporting; track errors.
• Review processes for improvements, standardization, risk mitigation.
• Document payroll processes; create process maps and manuals.
• Participate in payroll projects and system testing.
• Interpret payroll policies and ensure correct deductions and taxes.
• Maintain payroll systems to accurately compute time, earnings, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with government payroll requirements.
• Support internal/external audits and compliance documentation.
• Handle payroll data per company guidelines.
