Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Payroll Senior Specialist for APAC, handling payroll across countries, ensuring compliance, and supporting Workday/WFS timekeeping. The role demands strong payroll knowledge, audit readiness, vendor coordination, and process improvements in a dynamic multi-country environment.

You will support accurate payroll reporting, statutory remittances, and recurring controls while coordinating with HR, Finance, and external vendors. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years payroll/timekeeping experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Strong payroll experience across one or more APAC countries with complex processing and statutory requirements.
• Experience as a payroll subject matter expert or senior point of contact for countries, processes, vendors, or systems.
• Experience supporting audits, statutory engagements, SOX controls, payroll documentation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping operations: review timesheets, support WFS inquiries, validate data for monthly payroll.
• Payroll expertise: provide advisory input on complex payroll, stock program impacts, and system scenarios.
• Payroll processing, controls, and audit support: manage retros, corrections, large adjustments, and stock impacts; ensure control evidence.
