You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior management, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with local regulations. The role requires knowledge of APAC payroll legislation and experience with audits.

The position emphasizes process improvement, documentation, and timely payroll reporting, with at least three in‑office days per week as coordinated by the Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Masters/JD/MD/PhD).
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Human Resources or related field, or 5+ years APAC payroll experience for a large multi-country employer.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate payroll reports.
• Complete post payroll audits and reporting, and track errors.
• Review current payroll processes for improvements, standardization and risk mitigation.
• Document payroll processes and create training materials.
• Participate in payroll projects and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain payroll systems to correctly compute and record time, earnings, benefits, deductions and taxes.
