Rippling is seeking a Global Operations Supervisor to lead APAC payroll operations, ensuring timely, compliant payroll across multiple countries. You will partner with internal R&D, treasury, and external providers to scale payroll services and support new customer segments.

You will manage a growing APAC team, hire and train staff, drive KPIs, and implement scalable, automated processes. Excellent English and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 7+ years in global payroll processing
• 2+ years managing payroll operations personnel
• 4+ years in client-facing role
• Strong APAC payroll experience (Philippines, China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, etc)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll procedures and regulations
• Experience with in-house and partner payroll processing
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to manage ad-hoc projects

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of payroll operations specialists to execute on-time payroll
• Hire and train new team members to support market expansion
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs
• Monitor progress and report against KPIs and deadlines
• Facilitate training and development to build a high-performing team
• Develop scalable processes to reduce manual error and enable expansion
• Support team in issue resolutions with government agencies, partners, and customers
• Drive automated solutions for efficiency and process improvement
• Collaborate with Global Payroll Engineering and Product teams to ensure payroll software supports compliance and is bug-free
