Qualifications

• Educated to degree level, with a professional HR or Payroll qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years payroll/HR related experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience of multi-country teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll concepts and processes.
• Experience in HR management positions in a fast-paced, multi-site/location environment, ideally healthcare.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and Payroll operations across APAC ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing.
• Set priorities for the payroll team and maintain service level agreements.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR partners to improve operations and efficiency.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, controls, and audit readiness across the function.
• Manage relationships with banks, payroll vendors, and third-party providers.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to senior leadership.
