Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a regional Payroll/HR Sr. Operations Manager to lead HR and payroll operations across APAC, set priorities for the payroll team, and ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance in all cycles.

You will build strong partnerships with local leadership, Finance and HR peers, drive continuous improvement, manage third-party vendors, monitor SLAs, and deliver a seamless, high-value employee experience.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with HR or payroll qualification.
• Minimum 10 years payroll/HR experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience of multi-country teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR/payroll concepts and cross-cultural environments.
• Experience in healthcare sector and complex matrix environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage core HR and payroll processing to ensure timely payroll cycles.
• Develop and monitor SLAs; escalate and resolve payroll issues.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR partners to optimize operations.
• Maintain internal controls and assist audits.
