Fresenius Medical Care is seeking Payroll professionals for multiple levels (Analyst to Supervisor) to support timekeeping, deductions, and compensation across NA, APAC, EMEA and ANZ. The role includes handling inquiries, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring accuracy in automated systems.

Responsibilities cover timely payroll processing, timecard reviews, employee guidance on T&A systems, and collaboration with third-party providers to resolve issues.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Role levels aligned to experience: Analyst 0–2 yrs; Specialist 3–4 yrs; Senior Specialist 4–6 yrs; Supervisor 6+ yrs.
• Willingness to work hybrid at BGC, Taguig site.
• Open to morning, mid-shift, and night shifts.

Mansioni

• Complete payroll functions in a timely and compliant manner.
• Review timecards and support payroll processing.
• Educate and assist employees with T&A systems.
• Support simplification and standardization initiatives.
• Process direct deposits and special payments (bonuses, meal allowances, etc.).
• Review forms and letters for regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with third-party payroll providers to resolve issues.
• Review payroll registers for accuracy before funding.
• Process garnishments and court orders as required.
• Provide management with multiple reports.
