Job summary

Visa is seeking an APAC Payroll Analyst to manage day-to-day payroll activities across APAC countries, with a focus on accuracy and process optimization. You will support end-to-end payroll processing and interact with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

The role requires at least 3 days in the Manila office and a strong knowledge of APAC payroll regulations, with experience in payroll systems and process documentation. Fluency in English is essential, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, HR, or related field.
• 2+ years of work experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Deep knowledge of APAC payroll regulations for multi-country employers.
• Experience with payroll systems and data security safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate payroll reports.
• Complete post payroll audits and reporting; track errors.
• Review processes to identify improvements, standardization and risk mitigation.
• Document payroll processes and create process maps and training manuals.
• Participate in payroll projects and system testing.
• Ensure compliance with government payroll requirements and regulations.
• Maintain data handling per company policies and guidelines.
